Mark as Useful They called me and I was not able to answer. They did not leave a message. I called them back and asked what they were trying to do. They said they were Verizon Customer satisfaction department and wanted to tell me about upgrades that were available.

Mark as Useful automated call stated they were calling from Suntrust Bank to discuss my home mortgage. also, asked me were they speaking to me or my wife. and than asked me to input my Zip Code. at this point I hung up the receiver and ended the call. I have a bo not call on phone but guess it does not prevent annoyong calls.

Mark as Useful this is one of Verizon Wireless' payment collection services. They will keep calling you untill you either pay your cell phone bill or they turn off your service. Just thought you all should know (and if you ignore the calls for over a week they will just disconnect your service regardless of whether or not they get through to you or even leave a message they dont care about their customers only the $$$$ thats it!). With that said; What a great cell phone provider huh!? ....jk...hahahahah

Mark as Useful Calls at least one time a day sometimes 2 times a day. Never leaves message, when you call the number back it is not a working number. Picked up one time and a female answered. I hung up. Hate when they dont even have the guts to have a legitamate phone number to call back and asked to be taken off the call list.

Mark as Useful Called wanted to speak to "the person who transfered money to someone in Mexico". The individual had a mexican accent. I am thinking Western Union on the Mexican side may be leaking information. My family used my cell to make a money transfer to a family member through Western Union two nights ago. These scammer was trying to use a scare tactic...I did not play with it ..they hung up as soon as I declined providing any information.
